These banks were made from brass post office doors purchased from a school that wanted new doors.

The natural patina on the brass has not been removed, so each bank retains some antique charm. There is a brass plate coin slot on the top of the bank.

The boxes have been made from walnut, oak, poplar, sycamore and purpleheart. Some of the boxes have been inlaid with African Padauk.
